How do I set up NatWest Rewards?
Great news, there is no need to set up your Rewards. You can see your MyRewards balance and claim straight from the NatWest app with the touch of a button. There's no need to use a password.
You need to pay in £1,250 to an eligible NatWest account every month.
Earn your Rewards
Every month you can:
Get £4 a month back in Rewards for 2 or more Direct Debits (2 of those Direct Debits needs to be at least £2 each).
Get £1 a month back in Rewards with 1 mobile app log in.
Earn Rewards at partner retailers when you use your NatWest debit card.
Claim your Rewards
The choice is yours. You can:
- Redeem Rewards as cash which you can then transfer straight into your bank account or pay towards your NatWest credit card balance.
- Trade up for e-gift cards which you can use online or in store with our eligible partner retailers.
- Exchange your Rewards into money which is donated to one of our chosen charities.
Accessing MyRewards is easy
- On your mobile or tablet, open the camera and point your device at the QR code.
- A link will pop up, tap this, and you’ll be taken straight to MyRewards in your NatWest mobile banking app.
Not able to scan the QR code?
You can still get into MyRewards by:
- Using this MyRewards link to get into your app.
- Or you log in using Online Banking and use the MyReward section to access MyRewards.

Change your bank account
It's quick and easy to change your current account, you'll keep your existing sort code and account number.
We have a range of accounts to choose from. The Select account could be ideal if you want to keep things simple, or check out our packaged bank accounts if you're interested in receiving extra benefits and rewards.

Check your credit score for free
Keep track of your credit score in our app and get personalised tips to improve it.
Available once opted in through the app to customers aged 18+ with a UK address. Data provided by TransUnion.
Save your spare change with Round Ups
Pay with your debit card and we'll round up the amount to the nearest pound, then send the spare change to your savings account. Save little and often and the pennies soon add up.
View your Rewards balance
Watch you Reward balance grow in the app. Just login and select MyRewards to see your balance, earn or exchange your Rewards without needing a password.
Pay in cheques securely
Just take a photo of the front and back of the cheque using our app and the money will be paid into your account.
